Geography Lombok Island


The Lombok Strait is the transition between the biogeographical distribution of fauna Indomalayan ecozone and the distinctly different fauna Australasia that is known as the Wallace Line for Alfred Russel Wallace, who for the first time the distinction between these two major biomes.
